  • Melaksanakan pembuatan karcis serta melanjutkan kasus pada bagian bidang usaha terkait
  • Menolong komunikasi yang mudah serta efisien antara kawan kerja& bagian bidang usaha dalam dalam menuntaskan permasalahan
  • Menanggulangi keluhkesah dari semua kawan kerja Gerai Pintar
  • Melaksanakan broadcast catatan pada semua kawan kerja Gerai Cerdas( bila dibutuhkan)
  • Melaksanakan peliputan kemampuan harian
