Likewise, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia has issued a business permit through Decree Number Kep-649/KM.10/2011 dated August 3, 2011.
In its further growth, Sinarmas MSIG Life (SMiLe) has shown a significant development that can be seen from the continued increasing of premium income from year to year. Until the end of 2012, the Company recorded a keseluruhan asset of Rp. 24.3 trillion and a keseluruhan premium of Rp. 10.7 trillion. With accurate and prudent performance, the realization of leverage ratio by the end of 2012 using Risk Based Capital (RBC) was 546.86%.
The development of Sinarmas MSIG Life (SMiLe) is supported by an excellent financial coordination, produk innovation, customer service, and the ownership of a wide business network, which is actualized in the presence of 87 marketing offices and 23,945 marketing officers dispersed all over Indonesia. 1. Mengarsip DataTugas yang biasa dilakukan oleh staff adminstrasi adalah mengarsip data. Hal tersebut perlu dilakukan agar data-data yang ada mudah untuk dikelola serta data maupun dokumen bisa terorganisir dengan baik.

2. Entri Data Perusahaan

Selain mengarsip data, bagian administrasi pun perlu untuk mengentri atau merekap data yang ada di perusahaan.

Merekap data tersebut bisa berasal dari klien maupun konsumen yang telah bekerja sama ataupun loyal terhadap perusahaan.

Jika perusahaan sudah berkembang dengan baik lagi, perekapan data biasanya dibantu oleh divisi gudang, sehingga tugas bagian administrasi adalah merekap kesimpulan yang telah dilakukan oleh divisi lain.

Maka dari itu, seorang staff administrasi diharuskan memiliki ketelitian untuk bisa merekap data-data perusahaan tersebut.

3. Membuat Agenda Kantor

Selain tugas di atas, bagian staff administrasi pun memiliki tugas untuk membuat agenda kantor.

Agenda tersebut dibuat agar jadwal pimpinan perusahaan tidak bentrok dengan kegiatan atau janji dengan perusahaan lain.

4. Menerima Panggilan Telepon

Bagian staff administrasi harus memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. Karena skill tersebut akan digunakan untuk seorang admin bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik lewat telepon dari klien ataupun pihak lain.

Di perusahaan yang belum memiliki skala besar, tugas menerima panggilan telepon ini adalah bagian jobdesk dari staff administrasi.

Sedangkan untuk perusahaan dengan skala besar, tugas tersebut sudah dihandle oleh bagian customer service.

5. Menyiapkan Tiket dan Akomodasi untuk Kegiatan Kerja atau Kunjungan Kerja
