Responsibilities:
Pasang Bola
Answer incoming calls/fax/e-mail on enquiries, complaints, discrepancies etc.
Liase with respective sales persons, purchase, warehouse and shipping to check availability of stock, prices and delivery deadlines. Liase with Sales Admin for delivery order process.
Coordinate with Product Specialist for Rewark Process.
Liase with customers, negotiate prices, prepare & fax quotations (to coordinate DO, invoice, and coordinate with warehouse, shipping and delivery).
Provide sales support to a team of field Product Spesialist.
Maintain a good filling system of customers’ documents.
Able to deal directly with customers and quote prices independently.
Follow-up on outstanding enquiries and customers’ payment.

Requirements:

Senior High School/Diploma in any field.
At least 1year experienced in administration field.
Basic English and able to operating Microsoft Software well (Ms. Outlook & Ms. Office).
High passion in administration, initiative and willing to learn.
Have good communication, teamwork skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Domicile in Sunter Jakarta Utara is preferred.

Bertanggungjawab atas pengelolaan apotek
Melayani penjualan obat dan menerima resep
Memberikan konsultasi, Info dan edukasi obat
Bekerja didalam sistem shift (pagi – siang & siang – malam)

Kualifikasi:

Minimal pendididkan lulus Profesi Apoteker
Freshgraduate atau Pengalaman
Memiliki STRA aktif
Jujur, loyal, dinamis, dan berjiwa muda
Bersedia bekerja didalam sistem shift dan masuk di hari libur umum/nasional
