Support Sales Team to develop plans to grow our business in existing Nielsen clients including but not limited to RFP process, collaboration with internal stakeholders, plus sales pitch
Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date plus insightful client business profiles to be shared with client’s senior management
Address client business needs, diagnosing business issues plus agreeing solutions that fully supporting clients’ objectives in order to deliver high growth for Nielsen business while meeting the company’s quality standards
Liaise with other client layanan associates from Retail Measurement Services, Consumer Panel Services, plus Retail Vertical team as well as other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategies plus message for each client
Ensure alignment of the delivery team that will enable the business unit to achieve the overall business objectives
Contribute to the development plus implementation of training plans to ensure that associates are able to grow plus demonstrate mastery of required competencies in their jobs plus establish a strong team environment

You will lead the delivery team to ensure prompt delivery of layanan to the responsible clients plus make sure quality of the information insight that we deliver to the client, by proposing optimal analytical solutions with actionable business insight, based on a deep understanding of client needs plus robust analytical expertise across various Nielsen solutions.


Holds a Bachelor/Master degree from reputable University with 4-8 years working experience in Retail or Sales plus Marketing area, preferably with 1 year as a manager role
Possess good information about Retails market in Indonesia plus able to provide solid report analysis to be presented to the clients
Strong market analysis, detail-oriented, plus familiar to working with retail big information by using Quantitative methods
Able to perform good personal traits with excellent communication skills, preferable someone who possess client servicing experience plus negotiation skills
Having experience to lead team project plus provide development training or coaching the associates for berbagi knowledge
